We are happy to work on any system, irrespective of age, condition or whether the system has been installed by us or by somebody else.
We carry a good range of stock for all currently available equipment and anything that we do not have in stock can usually be obtained fairly quickly. Furthermore, we do not charge for the return visit if the parts are out of stock.
We also carry a range of obsolete equipment and specialise in resurrecting old systems but where current spares aren’t available, we can usually replace parts with compatible spares.
The call-out charge for a system where no current maintenance contract is in force is £150.00, which includes the first hour on site. Any additional hours are charged at £110.00 per hour, if required.
Any parts required will also be chargeable and VAT will be added to the invoice.
Congestion charges will be added where applicable, as will parking charges, unless a valid parking permit can be issued.
