Maintenance contracts for systems supplied and installed by us

There will be a one-year guarantee. Within this year, our maintenance team will be available for priority fault repairs. However, the following are not covered:

1. Vandalism, misuse, wilful damage, forced break-ins
2. Third party’s work, such as decoration or construction
3. Work carried out by a none Amblecote engineer

Maintenance contracts for systems not supplied and/or installed by us

We will still offer you the maintenance contract which will eliminate any problems that you may have to deal with on site, as we will take care of everything for you. Under the annual maintenance contract for each site, there are two contract options that you can choose:

Style 1: Preventative maintenance

Under the preventative maintenance contract, we will carry out one visit per year as preventative check, which includes:

• All the handsets, as well as every function, will be tested. This includes the two way speech, volume, video and the lock release function of each handset
• Any blown lamps will be replaced
• The system will be checked for safety and we will inform you if there is any further work required
• Check and test the control equipment

Works carried out beyond  preventative maintenance will be charged at the current hourly labour rates on an hourly basis for each site. Parts will be charged as extra but the call out fee will be waived.

Style 2: Full cover maintenance

As per the preventative maintenance contract, plus:

• All costs of parts required to the system are covered
• All costs of the callout fee and labour are covered

Any repairs due to the reasons below are not covered:

• Vandalism, misuse, wilful damage, forced break-ins
• Third party’s work, such as decoration or construction
• Work carried out by a none Amblecote engineer

Charges: The annual maintenance rate is based on the size of the site, the equipment fitted and the condition of existing equipment. The maintenance fee, plus the VAT, will be payable in at least one month in advance before the contract expires.
